How do you work with Tango Card?

We are integrated with the RaaS API.

Who do you send rewards to and for what reason?

We send rewards for employee engagement, customer engagement, customer loyalty, and referrals.

What kind of rewards do you use at Lift Credit?

We use gift cards, nonprofit donations, and cash cards – e.g. PayPay, Visa, Bitcoin.

Prior to working with Tango Card, how were rewards fulfilled at Lift Credit?

We were purchasing physical rewards and fulfilling them ourselves.

What are some benefits you’ve seen since partnering with Tango Card?

Tango Card’s customer service has been great and the product works just the way we hoped. Having an API we were able to tie into has saved us from trying to track the earned rewards for each customer.

We’ve seen an 81-100% reduction in time spent managing/fulfilling rewards, 21-40% reduction in cost spent, and an 81-100% increase in employee/customer engagement, loyalty, and referrals.
