At Tango Card, we take care of your reward recipients so that they keep coming back. We do this by using the Rewards Cycle. Here’s how it works: a customer engages with your program, earns a reward, redeems that reward, and then repeats the cycle.
While the reward recipient is moving through the Rewards Cycle, several things are happening:
- The Reward Cycle is seamlessly integrated into your program.
- The recipient receives a digital reward, or e-gift card, which results in instant gratification.
- They receive their e-gift card on a branded template with key messaging and instructions on how to redeem.
- The last and arguably most important part of the Rewards Cycle is a fantastic customer service team. They help answer and/or solve any customer concerns.
This closes the loop for reward recipients, bringing the entire program experience full circle and keeping them coming back for more.
